Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns on products that have been engraved to your specifications. Once engraved these products cannot be resold if returned. We do send digital proofs to you before engraving and we won’t engrave your product until we have your approval on the digital proof. We will, however, accept returns on all non-customized products within 30 days of receipt. They must be returned in the original packaging and the original condition in which they were shipped out. Once we receive and inspect your return we will issue a refund less the original shipping cost to your location.
